As Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators, continuing education courses are required to maintain our license on an annual basis. In contrast, many loan officers at banks typically are not licensed mortgage loan originators.

We shop among multiple mortgage lenders to get you the lowest interest rate possible for buying your home. In contrast, a bank offers interest rates based on their rate sheet.

We do not charge you extra points or hidden fees for your mortgage loan. You may opt to “buy-down” your rate; but know that there will always be full disclosure of all fees and expenses up front. In contrast, banks can charge hidden fees to cover overhead and other costs of operating their bank.
