We shop among multiple mortgage lenders to get you the lowest interest rate possible for buying your home. In contrast, a bank offers interest rates based on their rate sheet.

We do not charge you extra points or hidden fees for your mortgage loan. You may opt to “buy-down” your rate; but know that there will always be full disclosure of all fees and expenses up front. In contrast, banks can charge hidden fees to cover overhead and other costs of operating their bank.

We are available to discuss questions about your mortgage during days, nights, and weekends.  Banks operate on banking hours throughout the week with some open on Saturday mornings.

We have a vested interest to pre-approve you in an expeditious manner and advocate for your mortgage to close within 3 weeks. In contrast, our realtor partners report having difficulties with closing deals on time with banks.

We offer mortgage loans for borrowers with lower credit scores; previous blemishes on their credit, such as a foreclosure; or income from self-employment. Banks typically prefer higher credit scores and may reject higher risk borrowers.

We offer basic credit repair services and we partner with multiple credit repair companies.
