Tom was born and raised in the central Texas area, spending much of his time working in the golf industry and playing on the golf course. It was in then that Tom discovered his love for customer service. Earning high praise from club members or customers shopping in the pro shop, people sought Tom’s honest opinions and tireless help. Tom then took his love for customer satisfaction to a marketing and sales position. Always sharing what was in the best interest for the customer mentality, he flourished in his new sales role.

After fifteen years in the telecom industry, the need to help people attain perhaps their biggest investment came in an opportunity presented by a friend in the mortgage industry. By focusing on their needs and keeping what’s best for his clients, the success that Tom achieved is evident in his mortgage expertise as well.

For fun and relaxation, he spends spare time playing the guitar and is an aspiring songwriter.
